Rates
Conference Room: $30/hour (daily maximum of $180)
Event Space: $350 for 4 hours or $500 for full-day use
Tenant Perks: Discounted rates available for One Palafox Place tenants

Booking Hours
Meeting room rentals for outside guests are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
After-hours and weekend access is reserved for current tenants and qualifying Cowork Annex members with approved building access.
